Top Tip number 29

Top tip 29!! Every night before sleep take 3 small pieces of paper, or post-its, and a pen. Write 3 things you are grateful for. Write them in as much detail as space allows even if they seem to be really small things, or if they happened that day or a long time ago.
Fold the paper and put in a special bag or box that will hold lots of gratitude papers over time.
Then, rummage around the bag/box and pull out 3 papers. Read each one and try to relive the moment.

Go to sleep.

Wake up in the morning refreshed and looking for things to be grateful for so you can write them down that night and add them to your collection of wonderful experiences. 🙂
